Sonita Henry is an English actress. She was born on 23 January 1977 in Dover, Kent.

After earning a degree in journalism, she studied acting at the Herbert Berghof Studio in New York. Her career began in the late 1990s with film roles including President's Aide in *The Fifth Element* (1997) and appearances in *Celebrity* (1998) and *Star Trek* (2009).

On television she has played Medea in *Olympus* (2015), DS Priya Shamsie in *The Chelsea Detective* (2022), Regina Jackson in *Silo* (2023) and Mabel Martin in *Black Cake* (2023). Later film work includes *Deadpool & Wolverine* (2024).
