Born in London in 1989 or 1990, she studied French and English at Wadham College, Oxford, where she joined the Oxford Imps improv group. She began performing stand-up in the mid-2010s and was shortlisted for the Funny Women award in 2015. Duker has written for series including *The Amazing World of Gumball* (2011) and appeared as a panellist on shows such as *Mock the Week* (2005) and *8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown*. In 2022 she won the thirteenth series of *Taskmaster* (2015).
