Spencer Breslin is an American actor and songwriter. Born on 18 May 1992 in New York City, he began his career as a child after being discovered by a talent scout at a playground.

His film roles include Rusty Duritz in *The Kid* (2000), Conrad Walden in *The Cat in the Hat* (2003), Curtis in *The Santa Clause 2* (2002) and *The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause* (2006), and Josh in *The Happening* (2008). He has also appeared in *The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement* (2004), *Meet the Parents* (2000) and *Stuck in Love* (2013), and voiced Cubby in *Return to Never Land* (2002). On television he played Clinton Gilmour in an episode of *Bones* (2005). He is the brother of actress Abigail Breslin.
