## Biography

Spencer Susser (born 1977) is an American filmmaker and film editor. He is the only American member of the Australian filmmaking collective Blue-Tongue Films.

His feature debut *Hesher* (2010), which he also wrote, produced and edited, starred Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Natalie Portman and premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Susser edited *The Greatest Showman* (2017) and *Better Man* (2024), serving as second unit director on both. His short film *I Love Sarah Jane* (2008) won several festival awards.
