Ebbe has edited numerous Danish features and series, including *The Killing* (2007), *Spooks* (2002), *Flame & Citron* (2008), *Arn: The Knight Templar* (2007), *We Shall Overcome* (2006) and *Kira's Reason: A Love Story* (2001). He has also worked on *Wallander* (2005), *Dicte* (2013) and *Darkness: Those Who Kill* (2019).

He has received several Robert Awards, winning for best editing on *We Shall Overcome* (2007), *Kira's Reason: A Love Story* (2002) and *Pizza King* (2000), with nominations for *Flame & Citron* and *Prague* (both 2007).
