## Biography

Stanislav Romanovsky was a Russian production designer and art director. He worked on numerous Soviet and Russian films from the late 1960s onwards, including *Prosti* (1986), *Kak stat zvezdoy* (1987), *Nechistaya sila* (1989) and the two-part *Khmel* (1991).

He contributed to the British-Russian co-production *Orlando* (1992) as art director for the St Petersburg sequences.
