Stella Quan Rossell was a Guatemalan actress, writer and anthropologist. She played the role of Josefita in the 1983 film *El Norte*.

Born in Guatemala City in 1935, she studied ethnology at the Escuela Nacional de Antropología e Historia in Mexico. She later taught gender studies and contributed articles to the feminist magazine *Fem*.
