Stephen Falk (born 25 April 1972) is an American screenwriter, television producer and director. He graduated from New York University with a BFA in acting.

Falk wrote for and served as co-executive producer on the Showtime series *Weeds* (2005–2012). He received a Writers Guild of America nomination for episodic comedy for the 2012 episode "Object Impermanence". He later worked as a writer and co-executive producer on the Netflix series *Orange Is the New Black* (2013–2019), earning further WGA and Primetime Emmy nominations.

Falk is best known as the creator, executive producer and showrunner of the FXX series *You're the Worst* (2014–2019). His other credits include writing and executive producing on *Hello Tomorrow!* (2023) and directing episodes of *Teenage Bounty Hunters* (2020).
