Stephen J. Lineweaver is an American production designer and art director. Born in 1955, he began his career in the 1980s working as an art director on films including *After Hours* (1985) and *Dirty Dancing* (1987).

He moved into production design in the early 1990s. His credits include *Jerry Maguire* (1996), *Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls* (1995), *The Girl Next Door* (2004), *Role Models* (2008), *Blades of Glory* (2007), *Central Intelligence* (2016), *A Million Ways to Die in the West* (2014), and the *Ted* films (2012 and 2015). He has also designed for the television series *The Orville* (2017–2022).

Lineweaver has received one Primetime Emmy nomination.
