Stephen Lloyd is an American television writer and producer. He has written episodes of *How I Met Your Mother* (2005), *Modern Family* (2009) and the 2023 revival of *Frasier*.

Lloyd served as a producer on *How I Met Your Mother* from 2006 to 2014 and on *Modern Family* from 2014 to 2020. He received Emmy nominations for his producing work on both series. He is the brother of Christopher Lloyd, co-creator of *Modern Family*.
