Stephen Mazur is an American screenwriter. His early credits include the story and screenplay for *The Little Rascals* (1994), written with Paul Guay.

Mazur and Guay co-wrote *Liar Liar* (1997), starring Jim Carrey. Their later collaboration produced the screenplay for *Heartbreakers* (2001). Mazur has written or co-written additional screenplays including *Wedding Wars* (2006), *Jingle All the Way 2* (2014), *Phil* (2019) and *Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp* (2024).
