Stephen Philipson is a Canadian film and television editor. He has worked on series including *Hannibal* (2013–2015), *Orphan Black* (2013), *Altered Carbon* (2018), *The Bold Type* (2017) and *Long Bright River* (2025). His feature credits include *The Wild Hunt* (2009) and *Molly Maxwell* (2013).

A graduate of the Canadian Film Centre and Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver, Philipson began his career with the documentary *Prom Night in Mississippi* (2009). He is a member of the Canadian Cinema Editors and has served on its board, including four years as president.
