## Biography

Stephen Prime is a television editor and occasional director. He edited 158 episodes of the sitcom *Friends* (1994) between 1996 and 2004, and directed one episode in 2001.

Prime has edited numerous other series, including 127 episodes of *Mike & Molly* (2010–2016), as well as episodes of *Superior Donuts* (2017–2018), *Night Court* (2023–2025) and *iCarly* (2021). He has also worked as a producer or co-producer on several shows and received eight Primetime Emmy nominations for picture editing, primarily for *Friends*.
