Stephen Scott is a British production designer and art director. He was born on 23 August 1945 in Hammersmith, London.

Scott began his career in the art department and on British television series in the 1980s, including *Doctor Who* and *Parkinson*. He later worked as an art director on films such as *Who Framed Roger Rabbit* (1988), *Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade* (1989), *Interview with the Vampire* (1994) and the James Bond films *Tomorrow Never Dies* (1997) and *Die Another Day* (2002).
