## Biography

Stephen Williams is a Canadian film and television director. He began his career directing episodes of Canadian series in the 1990s and made his feature debut with *Soul Survivor* (1995), which he also wrote.

Williams directed multiple episodes of the ABC series *Lost* (2004–2010) and served as a co-executive producer on the show. He has since directed episodes of series including *Person of Interest*, *How to Get Away with Murder*, *Westworld*, *Watchmen* (2019) and *True Story* (2021), as well as the feature film *Chevalier* (2022). He directed the episode 'Origin' of the NBC series *Believe* (2014).
