Stevan Larner was an American cinematographer. Born Stevan deFreest Larner on 6 February 1930 in New York City, he died on 6 November 2005 in Solvang, California.

He worked as director of photography on feature films including *Badlands* (1973), *The Buddy Holly Story* (1978), *Caddyshack* (1980) and *Steelyard Blues* (1973). His television credits include *Roots* (1977), *North and South* (1985) and *Beauty and the Beast* (1987); he won a Primetime Emmy for *The Winds of War* (1983). Earlier in his career he made documentaries for the US Information Agency and taught film at UCLA. He later became a winemaker in California.
