Steve Cohen is an American director, producer and writer. He began his career in the film industry as a second assistant director on features including *The Goonies* (1985) and *Back to School* (1986).

Cohen has directed episodes of television series such as *Law & Order* (1991) and *V.I.P.* (2000), as well as television movies and direct-to-video films including *Martial Law* (1990), *Tough and Deadly* (1995), *Devil in the Flesh* (1998, also writer) and *Bar Hopping* (2000).
