Steve Polivka is an American film and television editor. He began his career in the late 1970s as an assistant editor on features including *The Muppet Movie* (1979) and *UHF* (1989).

Polivka has edited numerous television series, including episodes of *Hercules: The Legendary Journeys* (1995–1999), *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (2004–2009), *Alphas* (2011), *Sneaky Pete* (2017–2018) and *Snowpiercer* (2020).
