Steve Rosen is an American actor and writer who has appeared in numerous television series and films. He played Ernie Turk in the pilot episode of *Masters of Sex* (2013) and has had recurring roles as Public Defender Guthrie in *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit*, York Evans in *The Resident*, and guest appearances in *The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel*, *Blue Bloods*, *Psych* and *The Equalizer*.

On film he has worked with directors including Woody Allen in *Café Society* (2016), where he played Louis, as well as Todd Solondz and Barry Levinson.
