## Biography

Steven Wacks is a cinematographer whose credits include the documentary *Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse* (1991), the feature *Passport to Paris* (1999) and the documentary *We Stand Alone Together: The Men of Easy Company* (2001).

He holds a BA in Film from Vassar College and an MFA in Film Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he has also lectured. Wacks has worked on additional documentaries such as *Nuclear Now* (2022) and *Natalie Wood: What Remains Behind* (2020), as well as the feature *Drive* (1991).

He founded Twelve Tone Productions and has contributed to numerous commercials and promotional campaigns for major studios and networks.
