Sting, born Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, is an English actor and musician. He is best known for his roles as Feyd Rautha in *Dune* (1984), JD in *Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels* (1998), the Heroic Officer in *The Adventures of Baron Munchausen* (1988), and appearances as himself in *Zoolander 2* (2016) and *Brüno* (2009). He has also provided voice work as himself in *Bee Movie* (2007) and *The Simpsons* (1989).

Sting began acting in the late 1970s while fronting the band the Police. His film and television credits include *Only Murders in the Building* (2021) and *Kaamelott: The First Chapter* (2021). He appeared as himself in the 2013 documentary *20 Feet from Stardom*.
