Stuart Charno is an American actor and writer, also credited as Stu Charno. Born on 29 September 1956 in Queens, New York, he began his screen career with a role in the horror film *Friday the 13th Part 2* (1981).

His other film appearances include *Christine* (1983), *Just One of the Guys* (1985) and *Sleepwalkers* (1992). On television he has appeared in episodes of *M*A*S*H*, *The X-Files*, *Beauty and the Beast* (1987) and *Chicago Hope*. Charno received story credits, written with his then wife Sara Charno, for three episodes of *Star Trek: The Next Generation* broadcast in 1991 and 1992.
