Stuart Waks is an American film and commercials editor. His feature credits include *Days of Thunder* (1990), *Any Given Sunday* (1999) and work on *Ali* (2001).

Waks owned the Santa Monica-based editorial company Stuart Waks & Co. for many years. He has cut commercials for clients including Chanel, Lexus, Nissan and Rolex, often collaborating with directors such as Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, Michael Mann and Oliver Stone.
