Sue Perrotto is an American animator, director and producer. She directed episodes of the animated series *Daria* in 1998.

Her directing credits include *The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy* (2005–2006), *Sheep in the Big City* (2000–2002), *Megas XLR* (2004–2005) and multiple episodes of *Phineas and Ferb* (2012–2015). She served as supervising director on *Mira, Royal Detective* (2020–2022) and has directed episodes of *Krapopolis* (2024–2025).

Perrotto is a four-time Emmy nominee for her work on *Phineas and Ferb*. In 2024 she directed the animated short *The Mayfly*.
