## Biography

Susanna Fogel is an American director and screenwriter. She co-wrote the screenplay for the 2019 film *Booksmart* with Emily Halpern, Sarah Haskins and Katie Silberman. She made her feature directorial debut with *Life Partners* (2014), which she also co-wrote, and went on to co-write and direct *The Spy Who Dumped Me* (2018).

Fogel has directed episodes of television series including the pilot of *The Flight Attendant* (2020), for which she received a Directors Guild of America Award, as well as *The Wilds* (2020) and *A Small Light* (2023). Her other writing credits include *The Addams Family 2* (2021) and the film *Cat Person* (2023). She is an alumna of Concord Academy and Columbia University.
