## Biography

Suzie Plakson is an American actress. Born Susan Plaksin on 3 June 1958 in Buffalo, New York, she grew up in Kingston, Pennsylvania, and studied at Northwestern University. She began her career on stage, appearing in a national revival tour of *Stop the World, I Want to Get Off* and as Marquise Theresa Du Parc in the Broadway production of *La Bête*.

Plakson had a regular role as Meg Tynan in the sitcom *Love & War* (1992). She provided multiple voices on *Dinosaurs* (1991) and played four characters across *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1987), *Star Trek: Voyager* (1995) and *Star Trek: Enterprise* (2001). She had a recurring role as Judy Eriksen on *How I Met Your Mother* (2005–2014) and appeared in guest roles on series including *Mad About You* and *Everybody Loves Raymond*. Her film credits include *Disclosure* (1994), *Wag the Dog* (1997) and *Red Eye* (2005). She has also worked as a singer, writer and artist.
