Sylvia Meals was an American actress. She played Mary Anne Creed, the wife of Apollo Creed, in *Rocky II* (1979) and *Rocky IV* (1985).

Her other screen credits include the role of Leslie in an episode of the television series *The Cosby Mysteries* (1995), Mrs Collins in the film *Tournament of Dreams* (2007), and Grandma Johnson in the television series *Harambee!!!*. She was born on 13 June 1943 in Los Angeles, California, and died there on 29 March 2011.
