Takahiro Otsuka, also credited as Takahiro Ôtsuka or 大塚 隆寛, is a Japanese anime director. He began working in the industry in production advancement roles on series including *Hyakko* (2008).

Otsuka has directed episodes of *Haikyu!!* (2014), *Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War* (2022–), *Poco's Udon World* (2016), *Girls' Frontline* (2022) and *Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation* (2018).
