Takao Ōsawa is a Japanese actor, model and producer. Born on 11 March 1968 in Musashino, Tokyo, he began his career as a fashion model while a university student in 1987.

He rose to prominence with a lead role in the television drama *Heaven's Coin* (1995). From 2000 he concentrated on film work, appearing in titles including *All About Lily Chou-Chou* (2001), *Hana & Alice* (2004), *ICHI* (2008), *Goemon* (2009) and the *Kingdom* series (2019–2024). He voiced the Wolf Man in the animated film *Wolf Children* (2012).
