Tam Dean Burn (born 1958) is a Scottish actor. Born in Leith, Edinburgh, he trained at the School of Drama at Queen Margaret University.

He has appeared in films including *Local Hero* (1983) as Roddy, *The Acid House* (1998) as Alec, *Young Adam* (2003) as the Black Street Barman, *War Horse* (2011) as a medic in the trench, *Perfect Sense* (2011) as the husband at the grave, *Shell* (2012) as the trucker, *Outlaw King* (2018) as John Macdougall of Argyll and *Only You* (2019) as Mike. Television credits include multiple roles in *Taggart* and the part of Thomas McCabe in *River City*. He has also worked extensively in theatre and narrated audiobook adaptations of Irvine Welsh novels.
