## Biography

Tamar Thomas is a British film producer. She studied stage management at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and began working with director Kenneth Branagh on his 1992 feature *Peter's Friends*, serving as his assistant on numerous subsequent films, television and theatre productions.

Her first producer credit was on Branagh’s *All Is True* (2018). She produced *Belfast* (2021), for which she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture, a BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Film and a Producers Guild of America nomination.
