Tammy Ader, also known as Tammy Ader-Green, is an American television writer, producer and director. She attended Brandeis University and began her career writing for series including *The Wonder Years* (1988), *Quantum Leap* (1989) and *Party of Five* (1994).

She created the Lifetime medical drama *Strong Medicine* (2000–2006) with Whoopi Goldberg and served as executive producer. The series won a Gracie Allen Award and a SHINE Award for Best Drama in 2003. Her other credits include writing and producing work on *Dawson's Creek*, *Sisters* and *The Young and the Restless*.
