## Biography

Tara Divina is a British actress. She was born and raised in Essex to parents of Indian and Maltese heritage. She began acting at an early age in plays and musicals written by her father, and later trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London.

Divina left drama school early after being cast as Yasmeen in Gurinder Chadha's 2019 feature film *Blinded by the Light*. Her television credits include the role of PC Lisa Patel in the sixth series of *Line of Duty* (2021), Dr Leila Joshi in the second series of *Back to Life* (2021), and DS Anita Suppiah in the television film *The Trick* (2021). She later appeared as Tricia in the series *Sexy Beast* (2024).
