Tarja Keinänen is a Finnish actress born on 29 June 1950 in Oulu. She has appeared in numerous Finnish films and stage productions, as well as television series including *Kotikatu*, *Olipa kerran löytöretkeilijä* and *Avaruusarkki*.

Her film credits include *Crime and Punishment* (1983) as Mrs Pennanen, *Ariel* (1988) as the Woman in Harbour, *Pohjanmaa* (1988) as Laina, and *Ihmiselon ihanuus ja kurjuus* (1988) as the woman with the fox fur muff. In 1989 she received the Jussi Award for best supporting actress for the latter film.
