Tatsuo Ozeki is a Japanese art director and production designer. He was born on 18 December 1952 in Kyoto Prefecture.

He has worked on numerous films since the 1980s, serving as production designer on *Audition* (1999), *Kikujiro* (1999), *Graveyard of Honor* (2002) and *Black Belt* (2007). He contributed set decoration to *Fireworks* (1997), *The Grudge* (2004) and *The Grudge 2* (2006).
