## Biography

Taylor Joy Mason is an American film and television editor and a member of the American Cinema Editors. She earned an MFA in editing from the American Film Institute Conservatory in 2012, having attended Howard University.

She began her career as an assistant editor on feature films including *Blade Runner 2049* (2017) and *Dune* (2021). As editor her credits include the feature films *Birth/Rebirth* (2023) and *Him* (2025), the series *DAHMER - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story* (2022), *Pose*, *Twenties* and *Everything's Trash*, and multiple seasons of *A Black Lady Sketch Show*.

Mason has won two Primetime Emmy Awards for her work on *A Black Lady Sketch Show*. In 2023 she operated an Avid Media Composer onstage during the presentation of the Academy Award for Best Film Editing.
