Taylor Momsen is an American singer, songwriter, musician and former actress. She played Cindy Lou Who in the 2000 film *How the Grinch Stole Christmas*.

Momsen was born on 26 July 1993 in St. Louis, Missouri. She began acting and modelling as a child and later appeared in films including *Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams* (2002) and *Underdog* (2007), and as Jenny Humphrey in the television series *Gossip Girl* (2007–2010, 2012).

Since 2009 she has been the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the rock band The Pretty Reckless.
