Tenzin Thuthob Tsarong is an Indian actor of Tibetan descent. He is known for portraying the adult Dalai Lama in Martin Scorsese's *Kundun* (1997).

Born in 1977 in New Delhi, he attended Lawrence School in Sanawar and studied English at Delhi University. He later obtained a master's degree in economics from the University of Waikato in New Zealand. His father, Tsewang Jigme Tsarong, appeared in the same film as Taktra Rinpoche. Tsarong also featured as himself in the 1998 documentary *In Search of Kundun with Martin Scorsese*.
