Terence Bayler (24 January 1930 – 2 August 2016) was a New Zealand actor. Born in Whanganui, he made his professional debut in the New Zealand film *Broken Barrier* (1952) before training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and building a career primarily in Britain.

He appeared in *Macbeth* (1971) as Macduff, *Life of Brian* (1979) as Gregory, *Time Bandits* (1981) as Lucien, *Brazil* (1985) as the T.V. Commercial Presenter, *The Remains of the Day* (1993) as Trimmer, and *Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone* (2001) as the Bloody Baron. Bayler also had television roles including in *Doctor Who*, and worked with members of the Monty Python team, notably Eric Idle.
