Terence Harvey (born Terence John Humes) was a British actor. He was born in October 1944 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England, and died on 7 September 2017 in Mixbury, Oxfordshire, England.

Harvey appeared in numerous film and television roles. His credits include Benjamin 'Ben' Kidney in *From Hell* (2001), an official at the funeral in *Johnny English* (2003), Henry Rose in *Basic Instinct 2* (2006), Jarvis in *Downton Abbey* (2010), and the FA Committee Chairman in *The Damned United* (2009). He also had roles in *Secrets & Lies* (1996), *I Give It a Year* (2013), *Mr Selfridge*, *EastEnders* and *Hollyoaks*.
