Terence Knox is an American actor. He was born Terry Davis on 16 December 1946 in Richland, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in English and later earned an MFA from Portland State University. Before acting he worked as a substitute teacher.

Knox made his screen debut in *Used Cars* (1980). He is known for his role as Dr. Peter White on the series *St. Elsewhere* (1982–84) and as Sergeant Zeke Anderson on *Tour of Duty* (1987–90). Other credits include *Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice* (1992), *Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman* (1993), *The Pretender* (1996) and *Six Feet Under* (2001). He received a Founder's Award from Viewers for Quality Television in 1989 for *Tour of Duty*.

He was previously married to Susan Gay Knox.
