Terence Nightingall is a British director, writer and former camera operator. He was born on 17 July 1959 in Greenwich, London.

He worked extensively in the camera department on feature films including *The Princess Bride* (1987) and *Willow* (1988), and on numerous television series. Nightingall served as steadicam operator and first assistant camera on 212 episodes of *ER* (1996–2009) before directing two episodes of the series in 2007 and 2009.

He later directed seven episodes of *NCIS: Los Angeles* (2015–2022) and received a story credit on one episode of that series. He is the son of camera operator Ken Nightingall.
