Terry Dresbach is a costume designer whose credits include the HBO series *Carnivàle* (2003) and the Starz series *Outlander* (2014–). She has also designed costumes for films such as *Breakdown* (1997), *Rounders* (1998), *Very Bad Things* (1998), *The Last Seduction* (1994) and *Red Rock West* (1993), as well as episodes of *Buffy the Vampire Slayer* (2002–2003) and *The Shield* (2002).

Dresbach won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2004 for Outstanding Costumes for a Series for her work on *Carnivàle* and received further Emmy nominations for *Outlander*. She is married to television producer and showrunner Ronald D. Moore.
