Terry Kilburn is an English-American actor. Born Terence Edward Kilburn on 25 November 1926 in West Ham, Essex, England, he moved to Hollywood with his family as a child and began appearing in films in the mid-1930s.

He is known for his roles as a child actor in *A Christmas Carol* (1938), in which he played Tiny Tim, and *Goodbye, Mr. Chips* (1939), in which he portrayed four generations of the Colley family. Other early credits include *Lord Jeff* (1938), *The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes* (1939) and *Swiss Family Robinson* (1940). He continued acting in films such as *National Velvet* (1944) and *Lolita* (1962), as well as television, until the late 1960s.

From 1970 to 1994 Kilburn served as artistic director of the Meadow Brook Theatre in Rochester, Michigan.
