Tess Leibowitz is a television writer and producer. She began her career in production roles, working as a production staff member and set production assistant on series including *Private Practice* (2012–2013), *Scandal* (2013–2014) and *How to Get Away with Murder* (2014–2018).

She advanced to writing positions, serving as story editor and writer on *How to Get Away with Murder* (2018–2020). Subsequent credits include writer and executive story editor on *Clarice* (2021), writer on *Queens* (2021) and writer on *Bridgerton* (2026 episode), where she is also credited as supervising producer.
