Tessa Mentus is an American actor and broadcast journalist. She is credited as Monica Perez in the television series *The Curse* (2023) and as a newscaster in the film *Those Who Wish Me Dead* (2021).

Mentus works as an evening anchor and managing editor at KOB 4 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, having joined the station in 2014. She previously worked at stations in Alabama and Pennsylvania. She graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with degrees in broadcast journalism and political science, and has received Emmy nominations for her journalism work.
