## Biography

Tetsuo Katayama is a Japanese animation producer. He is credited as producer on the 1979 feature film *Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro*, directed by Hayao Miyazaki, as well as on *Lupin III: Legend of the Gold of Babylon* (1985) and *Space Adventure Cobra* (1982).

Katayama worked primarily with Tokyo Movie Shinsha (TMS Entertainment). His other production credits include *Chie the Brat* (1981), *Nobody's Boy Remi* (1980) and later series such as *Hakugei: Legend of the Moby Dick* (1997–1999). He also contributed to international co-productions including episodes of *The Real Ghostbusters* and *Inspector Gadget*.
