Texas Battle is an American actor. He was born Texas Quency Battle on 9 August 1980 in Houston, Texas. He studied kinesiology at the University of Texas and worked as a substitute teacher before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting.

Battle first gained attention for his role as Maddux in the 2005 film *Coach Carter*. He went on to appear as Lewis Romero in *Final Destination 3* (2006) and Jake Washington in *Wrong Turn 2: Dead End* (2007). In 2009 he played Carey Fuller in *Dragonball Evolution*. From 2008 to 2013 he portrayed Marcus Forrester in the CBS soap opera *The Bold and the Beautiful*, appearing in 337 episodes. Later credits include roles in *Marauders* (2016), *Trauma Center* (2019) and *Hard Kill* (2020), as well as appearances in series such as *One Tree Hill* and *Magnum P.I.*.
