Theresa Tilly is an American actress. She played Shelly in Sam Raimi's *The Evil Dead* (1981), credited as Sarah York.

Born in Detroit, Michigan, on 6 November 1953, she graduated from St. Mary’s College of Orchard Lake with a BA in Communication Arts. She worked in local theatre in the Detroit area before her screen debut. Her other film roles include the Quadling Seamstress in *Oz the Great and Powerful* (2013) and Anna Winters in *American Fable* (2016).
