Thomas Ivy is the pseudonym adopted by American artist and performer Tom Neyman for his wardrobe credit on the 1966 film *Manos: The Hands of Fate*. Neyman also played the role of The Master and served as set designer on the production.

Born on 23 November 1935 in Brownsville, Texas, Neyman worked in community theatre and contributed multiple elements to the low-budget film, including props and artwork. He later appeared in the 2018 sequel *Manos Returns* reprising the role.

Neyman died on 13 November 2016 in Falls City, Oregon.
